The chromosome 22 breakpoint for this translocation is located within the BCR gene. The translocation produces a fusion protein which is encoded by sequence from both BCR and ABL, the gene at the chromosome 9 breakpoint. Although the BCR-ABL fusion protein has been extensively studied, the function of the normal BCR gene product is not clear. BCR, RhoGEF and GTPase activating protein has serine\/threonine kinase activity and is a GTPase-activating protein for p21rac. Two transcript variants encoding different isoforms have been found for BCR.\u003c\/p\u003e","brand":"BT LAB","offers":[{"title":"20ul","offer_id":57659834433876,"sku":"ABM154344","price":69.0,"currency_code":"GBP","in_stock":true},{"title":"50ul","offer_id":57659834466644,"sku":"ABM154345","price":115.0,"currency_code":"GBP","in_stock":true},{"title":"100ul","offer_id":57659834499412,"sku":"ABM154346","price":176.0,"currency_code":"GBP","in_stock":true}],"thumbnail_url":"\/\/cdn.shopify.com\/s\/files\/1\/1040\/1782\/2036\/files\/btlab-f88319a803cd5a7c83694c6c309790b2cca6ea7e63a29083efae7edb14fd3b41.jpg?v=1792157396","url":"https:\/\/www.abmium.com\/products\/abm154344","provider":"ABMIUM","version":"1.0","type":"link"}
