AKAP12 (A-kinase anchoring protein 12) encodes a member of the AKAP family. The encoded protein is expressed in endothelial cells, cultured fibroblasts, and osteosarcoma cells. It associates with protein kinases A and C and phosphatase, and serves as a scaffold protein in signal transduction. This protein and RII PKA colocalize at the cell periphery. This protein is a cell growth-related protein. Antibodies to this protein can be produced by patients with myasthenia gravis. Alternative splicing of this gene results in two transcript variants encoding different isoforms.\u003c\/p\u003e","brand":"BT LAB","offers":[{"title":"20ul","offer_id":57660593013076,"sku":"ABM152736","price":69.0,"currency_code":"GBP","in_stock":true},{"title":"50ul","offer_id":57660593045844,"sku":"ABM152737","price":115.0,"currency_code":"GBP","in_stock":true},{"title":"100ul","offer_id":57660593078612,"sku":"ABM152738","price":176.0,"currency_code":"GBP","in_stock":true}],"thumbnail_url":"\/\/cdn.shopify.com\/s\/files\/1\/1040\/1782\/2036\/files\/btlab-f1c45fc01565ef25cd618ff2bc8c572a1a06f96865f7a1edc5e302e73a1fbd65.jpg?v=1792157350","url":"https:\/\/www.abmium.com\/products\/abm152736","provider":"ABMIUM","version":"1.0","type":"link"}
