V-ATPase dependent organelle acidification is necessary for such intracellular processes as protein sorting, zymogen activation, receptor-mediated endocytosis, and synaptic vesicle proton gradient generation. V-ATPase is composed of a cytosolic V1 domain and a transmembrane V0 domain. The V1 domain consists of three A and three B subunits, two G subunits plus the C, D, E, F, and H subunits. The V1 domain contains the ATP catalytic site. The V0 domain consists of five different subunits: a, c, c', c'', and d. Additional isoforms of many of the V1 and V0 subunit proteins are encoded by multiple genes or alternatively spliced transcript variants. This encoded protein is known as the D subunit and is found ubiquitously.\u003c\/p\u003e","brand":"BT LAB","offers":[{"title":"20ul","offer_id":57660023996756,"sku":"ABM179825","price":69.0,"currency_code":"GBP","in_stock":true},{"title":"50ul","offer_id":57660024029524,"sku":"ABM179826","price":115.0,"currency_code":"GBP","in_stock":true},{"title":"100ul","offer_id":57660024062292,"sku":"ABM179827","price":176.0,"currency_code":"GBP","in_stock":true}],"thumbnail_url":"\/\/cdn.shopify.com\/s\/files\/1\/1040\/1782\/2036\/files\/btlab-bdf8111f6ffebbd1c052547396bbfc09dfe43b977ca2e5fe876bdeb5745328b0.jpg?v=1792158897","url":"https:\/\/www.abmium.com\/fr\/products\/abm179825","provider":"ABMIUM","version":"1.0","type":"link"}
