V-ATPase dependent organelle acidification is necessary for such intracellular processes as protein sorting, zymogen activation, receptor-mediated endocytosis, and synaptic vesicle proton gradient generation. V-ATPase is composed of a cytosolic V1 domain and a transmembrane V0 domain. The V1 domain consists of three A and three B subunits, two G subunits plus the C, D, E, F, and H subunits. The V1 domain contains the ATP catalytic site. The V0 domain consists of five different subunits: a, c, c', c'', and d. Additional isoforms of many of the V1 and V0 subunit proteins are encoded by multiple genes or alternatively spliced transcript variants. V-type proton ATPase subunit B kidney isoform is one of two V1 domain B subunit isoforms and is found in the kidney. Mutations in this gene cause distal renal tubular acidosis associated with sensorineural deafness.\u003c\/p\u003e","brand":"BT LAB","offers":[{"title":"20ul","offer_id":57660018753876,"sku":"ABM179816","price":69.0,"currency_code":"GBP","in_stock":true},{"title":"50ul","offer_id":57660018786644,"sku":"ABM179817","price":115.0,"currency_code":"GBP","in_stock":true},{"title":"100ul","offer_id":57660018819412,"sku":"ABM179818","price":176.0,"currency_code":"GBP","in_stock":true}],"thumbnail_url":"\/\/cdn.shopify.com\/s\/files\/1\/1040\/1782\/2036\/files\/btlab-b1250989b78fafe0aaa158b7245c3e415d4df3175c85bb3265e08cfb8908f50d.jpg?v=1792158896","url":"https:\/\/www.abmium.com\/fr\/products\/abm179816","provider":"ABMIUM","version":"1.0","type":"link"}
