PTPs are known to be signaling molecules that regulate a variety of cellular processes, including cell growth, differentiation, mitotic cycle, and oncogenic transformation. This PTP possesses an extracellular region containing five fibronectin type III repeats, a single transmembrane region, and a single intracytoplasmic catalytic domain, and thus represents a receptor-type PTP. This protein is present in all hematopoietic lineages, and was shown to negatively regulate T cell receptor signaling possibly through interfering with the phosphorylation of Phospholipase C Gamma 1 and Linker for Activation of T Cells. This protein can also dephosphorylate the PDGF beta receptor, and may be involved in UV-induced signal transduction. Multiple transcript variants encoding different isoforms have been found for this gene.\u003c\/p\u003e","brand":"BT LAB","offers":[{"title":"20ul","offer_id":57660021539156,"sku":"ABM155754","price":69.0,"currency_code":"GBP","in_stock":true},{"title":"50ul","offer_id":57660021571924,"sku":"ABM155755","price":115.0,"currency_code":"GBP","in_stock":true},{"title":"100ul","offer_id":57660021604692,"sku":"ABM155756","price":176.0,"currency_code":"GBP","in_stock":true}],"thumbnail_url":"\/\/cdn.shopify.com\/s\/files\/1\/1040\/1782\/2036\/files\/btlab-afc5fecb0b3ba175d17d01305e415ebebe59fce9cdc508b6dc257dbe85eb6473.jpg?v=1792157349","url":"https:\/\/www.abmium.com\/fr\/products\/abm155754","provider":"ABMIUM","version":"1.0","type":"link"}
