V-ATPase dependent acidification is necessary for such intracellular processes as protein sorting, zymogen activation, receptor-mediated endocytosis, and synaptic vesicle proton gradient generation. V-ATPase is composed of a cytosolic V1 domain and a transmembrane V0 domain. The V1 domain consists of three A and three B subunits, two G subunits plus the C, D, E, F, and H subunits. The V1 domain contains the ATP catalytic site. The V0 domain consists of five different subunits: a, c, c', c'', and d. This gene is one of four genes in man and mouse that encode different isoforms of the a subunit. Alternatively spliced transcript variants encoding the same protein have been described. Mutations in this gene are associated with renal tubular acidosis associated with preserved hearing.\u003c\/p\u003e","brand":"BT LAB","offers":[{"title":"100μL","offer_id":57661134963028,"sku":"ABM202443","price":205.0,"currency_code":"GBP","in_stock":true},{"title":"50μL","offer_id":57661134995796,"sku":"ABM202444","price":141.0,"currency_code":"GBP","in_stock":true}],"thumbnail_url":"\/\/cdn.shopify.com\/s\/files\/1\/1040\/1782\/2036\/files\/btlab-7b5d8672d505ffef68bbaf5942c5b5427c6692ab2af0073f3a5212afd98cda64.jpg?v=1792159115","url":"https:\/\/www.abmium.com\/es\/products\/abm202443","provider":"ABMIUM","version":"1.0","type":"link"}
